Are the messages templates?
No. Each one is written for that specific customer using what happened at their appointment, including the pricing you discussed on the day. That is why they read like your team wrote them.
What happens when the customer replies?
The sequence stops immediately and the conversation is handed to your team. Mikla will not send another follow-up to someone who is already talking to you.
Can it chase a contract signature too?
Yes. Once a contract goes out you can start a separate follow-up that chases the signature, with hold-date reminders so the date is never lost while you wait.
