How does the agent decide when to text vs email?
The channel the lead used first sets the default. From there, Mikla switches when context warrants it: long replies and PDFs lean email, quick confirmations lean SMS.
What happens if someone replies STOP?
All outbound to that lead stops immediately, the opt-out is logged, and your team is notified. Natural-language opt-outs like "please stop" are detected and honored too.
