How it works

    Pick your carrier

    Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast Business, or your iPhone, Android, Google Voice or RingCentral settings.

  2. 2

    Choose what to forward

    All calls, or only when you’re busy, don’t answer or have no signal. Type the number to send calls to.

  3. 3

    Dial the code

    Tap to dial or copy the code. We also show the code that turns it off again.

How to forward calls on iPhone

  • Open Settings, tap Apps, then Phone, then Call Forwarding.
  • Turn on Call Forwarding. If you use two SIMs, choose the line first.
  • Tap Forward To, enter the number, then tap Back.
  • A forwarding icon shows in the status bar while it’s on. You need a cellular signal to set it up.

Forward only missed calls on iPhone

The iPhone setting forwards all calls. To forward only when you’re busy or don’t answer, use your carrier’s codes from the keypad: *71 plus the number on Verizon, or the busy, no answer and unreachable codes on AT&T and T-Mobile. Pick your carrier in the tool above to get the exact code.

Type these codes yourself. iPhone blocks links in messages, emails, web pages and apps that ask you to turn on call forwarding.

Call Forwarding missing on iPhone?

  • The setting only appears when your carrier supports it from the phone. If it’s missing, use your carrier’s code instead.
  • On Verizon, dial *72 plus the 10-digit number to forward all calls, and *73 to stop.
  • To turn forwarding off from Settings, go back to Call Forwarding and switch it off.
