How it works

Three steps, under a minute.

  1. 1

    Pick your carrier

    Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Comcast Business, or your iPhone, Android, Google Voice or RingCentral settings.

  2. 2

    Choose what to forward

    All calls, or only when you’re busy, don’t answer or have no signal. Type the number to send calls to.

  3. 3

    Dial the code

    Tap to dial or copy the code. We also show the code that turns it off again.

Forward all calls in RingCentral

  • In the RingCentral app, click your profile picture, then Incoming call rules.
  • Turn on Forward all calls.
  • Choose Forward the call and enter any extension or phone number. You can add a schedule.
  • Click Save. To stop, turn the toggle off or click Turn off on the banner.

Forward only unanswered calls

  • Go to Settings, Phone, Incoming call rules.
  • Under If no one answers, choose Forward the call and enter the number.
  • Set how long your phone rings first, from 1 ring (5 seconds) up to 15 rings.

Good to know

  • Your admin may need to give you permission to change call handling.
  • While Forward all calls is on, you show as unavailable in call queues.
